Welcome to the 49er Festival's Taste of Tuolumne, our new take on Groveland's 46-year tradition of celebrating our Gold Rush history and the end of the summer season. The Taste of Tuolumne highlights the diversity of our county's heritage and cultures. It's about our local, authentic Food and Drink, and the Music, Arts, Crafts, and unique contributions of our businesses, volunteer organizations, and wilderness agencies that make up our rich Sierra tapestry. Don't miss the exciting events and activities we have in store for 2024!

A festival tradition, this year's Parade will surely be a crowd-pleaser for all ages.

Safe Shooting Games

A huge bounce house, the Dizzie Chickens train ride, and more.

To top it off, the 2024 Safe Shooting Games will be conducted by Olympic US Army Marksman, Sagen Maddalena. Plenty of photo opportunities with our local Olympian!

Advanced registration is required for the Safe Shooting Games, ages 8-14 only. Email 49erfestival@yosemitechamber.org for details and registration.

Start your holiday shopping early. You'll be amazed at this gathering of our most talented artists and makers who call Tuolumne County home.

Everything from olive oil to tie dye, wood crafts to growies, candles to cupcakes, the 49er Festival Marketplace is THE place to begin. All your festival favorites munchies like Kettle Corn, Frozen Treats, and a variety of food trucks will be there, too.
