One of the biggest annual events in Tuolumne County is still 100% organized and run on the day by local volunteers, business owners, chamber board members, local non-profits, clubs , and friends who like to lend a hand and love a good day out with neighbors and friends. Please be kind and courteous to our many volunteers, and thank them for the hours they dedicate to making the 49er Festival BETTER THAN EVER!

Be a Volunteer
Volunteers are welcome for everything from helping keep track of donations, to selling chili bags and pouring beer on the day of the Festival. We welcome our neighbors, friends, local clubs and organizations to celebrate your community spirit by taking on a task...any task...that will help us bring our community the best 49er Festival ever.
