CW Healing

Catherine, of CW Healing, helps her students find passion and purpose in life. She offers workshops, group classes, and private sessions ranging in topics from Yoga, and Reiki to Financial Freedom. Based in the foothill community of Groveland, California, she is deeply inspired by the natural world, utilizing outdoor settings whenever possible. Beyond her finance degree, Catherine is a Reiki Master Candidate in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition of healing, and certified in Yoga (500hr) & Meditation (285hr). She is also a Stand-Up Paddle pro! Currently, she is teaching private Yoga lessons via Zoom, or in person. Catherine offers Reiki treatments, and Reiki classes, Stand-Up Paddle lessons, and SUP Yoga, as well as outdoor corporate, or group yoga experiences, and custom guided Yosemite wellness adventures!
